πŸ₯‹ CONTROL IS PART OF THE TRAINING 🧠πŸ’ͺ

A big part of teaching kids martial arts is teaching them control.

Control of their emotions when they’re frustrated.
Control of their reactions when things don’t go their way.
Control of their body and the positions they’re in during training.

Learning how to fight is only one small part of martial arts. Learning when to use your skills, how to stay calm under pressure, and how to make good decisions is just as important.

We want our kids to understand that being strong doesn’t mean being aggressive.

Real strength is having the ability to act β€” and the control to choose when not to. πŸ₯‹β€οΈ

πŸ₯ŠπŸ”₯ DRILLING TEEP KICKS! πŸ”₯πŸ₯Š

Getting warmed up and putting in the reps during kickboxing class!

The teep might look simple, but good timing, balance, distance, and technique make it one of the most effective tools in striking. 🎯

Repetition builds sharp technique. πŸ’ͺ

Drill it. Perfect it. Use it. πŸ₯Š

πŸ₯‹ BJJ COMMUNITY β€” LET’S TALK ADCC RULES

What does everyone think about the ADCC ruleset?

Do you like the combination of the no-points period, scoring, penalties and emphasis on takedowns and position?

Do you think it creates more exciting matches, or are there things you would change?

I want to hear from competitors, coaches and fans.

πŸ‘‡ What do you LIKE about ADCC rules, and what would you CHANGE?

Let’s hear it! 🦈πŸ₯‹

πŸ’ͺ🧠 STRONG MIND. STRONG BODY. πŸ₯‹πŸ”₯

Training isn't just about getting stronger physically.

It's about building the discipline to keep going when you're tired, the confidence to face challenges, and the mindset to push through when things get tough.

Every round. Every rep. Every challenge.

We’re building stronger bodies, stronger minds, and stronger people. πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯

Train the body. Strengthen the mind. Build confidence.
