🔥🍔 Grilling Up Some Appreciation at G*E! 🍔🔥

Our amazing Assistant Principal, Steve Vinson, put his grilling skills to work today and treated our faculty to a delicious lunch! 🐬❤️

Thank you, Steve, for firing up the grill and helping us celebrate a fantastic first quarter! We are so grateful to have such a supportive leadership team that goes the extra mile for our staff.

📚🎨 Learning Comes to Life at G*E! 🐬💙

Today, Ms. Caton’s second graders had an exciting opportunity to participate in Storyvoice, Scholastic’s free online platform featuring live author events and read-aloud shows for kids!

Students joined a live session with author and illustrator Jack Wong and had a blast following along with his drawing lesson! ✏️ What a fun way to bring stories to life while inspiring creativity, imagination, and a love of reading!

We love seeing our Dolphin learners engaging with authors and discovering that reading can open the door to so many creative possibilities!

A big thank-you to our amazing Math Coach, Mrs. Mellies, for bringing an engaging and challenging Halloween math activity to Mrs. Yarboro’s first-grade classroom! 👻🎃

Our young mathematicians had a spooktacular time practicing greater than and less than, counting on, addition, and subtraction while strengthening their math skills in a fun and festive way! ➕➖🕸️

We are so excited to celebrate our amazing 1st Nine Weeks Honor Roll Students! 🏆📚✨

These students have worked hard, demonstrated dedication, and made us incredibly proud! We invite our Dolphin Families to join us as we recognize and celebrate their outstanding accomplishments during our 1st Nine Weeks Honor Roll Ceremonies on Friday, October 16th! 🐬💙

Mrs. Taylor's class had a blast on their field trip to the Sheriff's Department Animal Farm today. It was a hands-on research mission for their unit on animal adaptations. The students got to see firsthand how different physical and behavioral traits help these incredible creatures survive.
