🎉 Happy Birthday to our very own Coach Katie! 🎉

Today we’re feeling extra lucky to have Coach Katie as part of the Key West Sports Academy family!

From her positive energy and encouragement to all the smiles she brings into the gym, she makes KWSA a better place just by being here.

And in honor of our favorite Irish coach… may your birthday be filled with plenty of laughs, lots of cake, a little luck, and absolutely no conditioning! 😂☘️

Help us wish Coach Katie a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎂🎈🇮🇪

We hope your day is as wonderful as you are, Coach Katie! 💚

WOW… you showed up for Gym & Grow! 💛

The response to our very first Gym & Grow trial was WAY bigger than we expected—and we are so excited to see how many families have been looking for something just like this.

We heard you loud and clear: there is a NEED for more opportunities for our preschoolers to move, learn, create, play, and connect—and we are so happy to be working to fill that need right here at Key West Sports Academy.

And we’re doing it AGAIN TODAY! 🎉

🤸 FREE Gym & Grow Trial
📅 TODAY
⏰ 12:30–2:30 PM
👧🧒 Ages 3–5
⚠️ ONLY 6 SPOTS LEFT!

IMPORTANT: Today’s trial is PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY.

After the incredible turnout at our first trial, we’re making a few tweaks to help Gym & Grow run even more smoothly—including limiting attendance to advanced registration only so every child can get the experience we want this program to provide.

Those last 6 spots are available first come, first served and MUST be reserved online ahead of time. We will not be able to accept walk-ins today.
