We are so grateful for Mrs. Allen!

🌟 Happy National School Counseling Week! 🌟

Today we celebrate and honor Mrs. Nicole Allen, whose dedication and heart make an incredible impact on our students every single day.

💬 From Nicole Smith, Director of Alternative Education:
"Alternative Education is so fortunate to have Mrs. Nicole Allen as our school counselor this year. Transitioning from a teacher to school counselor, we have the best of both worlds; someone who understands learning and inserts wisdom and compassion into every conversation. Mrs. Allen meets students where they are and is a steady presence in moments that feel overwhelming to them. We are grateful to have her to remind students that their story isn’t over and that they matter.”

Mrs. Allen, thank you for the compassion, guidance, and reassurance you bring to our students. Your work truly changes lives, and we are so grateful for you. 💙💛
