New and improved Life Support Buoy.

After an extensive shipyard repair period, the Life Support Buoy is back in place with a new mooring system. The umbilical was hooked up to Aquarius last week and power was successfully sent to the habitat. Working hard to get up and running.

A Post-Hurricane Irma update:
The Life Support Buoy broke from it's moorings and has considerable, but repairable, damage. It is currently being repaired at a Miami boat yard.
The Aquarius habitat did not flood or shift position on the bottom. Exterior damage is all repairable. Expect to be operational in 2018.
