Just a reminder.... St. Lucas Lutheran School is having a "back to school popsicle play date" on August 16th from 1-3pm. Come and see your old friends and make some new ones. Popsicle's are free and supplied by the P.T.O. (In case of rain we will host it in the gym).

Mrs Burt's entire life was dedicated to teaching. She taught for 42 years. Her first call was to Memorial Lutheran School in Williamston, MI. She taught grades 1-4. Next, She took a call to Trinity Lutheran School in Marshfield, WI. She taught grades 1-2 for 21 years. Then, her family moved to FL. She taught grades 2 and 3 in the public school for 15 years. She moved back to WI and accepted the call here to St. Lucas Lutheran School in Kewaskum where She taught grades 4-5 for the past 3 years. A fond memory for her at St. Lucas was the living history museum that the students put on for Family Night. "It was exciting to see the excitement that the students put into researching their person or persons for the living museum and acting out their person. Also, it is great to see how the older students are always willing to help out the younger students in a parochial school".
Her plans now that she is retired are to spend more time with her granddaughters and travel.

On May 21st the kids here at St. Lucas Lutheran School had their last day of the 25-26 school year. We celebrated our 50th year with fun, games and a cookout with burgers and hot dogs. Have a great summer Kids!

On May 8th, St. Lucas Lutheran School hosted Family night 2026. The families and friends were treated to a series of plays performed by the Kids of all grades. The Pre-K kids sang seasonal, sacred and silly songs. The K-3rd grade kids performed " Wackadoo Zoo" and the 4th -7th graders Performed a series of short Shakespeare plays including Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet, The Merchant of Venice, Macbeth and King Lear. Its was all very entertaining.
Thank you to all the kids, teachers and volunteers who who worked really hard to bring you these plays. Great Job all!

A few years ago we had a terrible storm that wrecked the letters on the playground side of the school. With building a new Church some things had to wait but now it's finally fixed. Praise God!
