Construction at Belle Alexander & Open House on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, from 4:30-6:00 p.m.

Lake Street is open from N. East St. to the Belle parking lot just before See Avenue (green highlight). Lake Street is closed from See Avenue to Coal Street.

Hello, Belle families and staff!

Please exercise extreme caution while driving on Lake Street in front of Belle Alexander for Back-to-School night tonight. There is ongoing road work taking place directly in front of Belle, which will affect parking and the flow of traffic. Drive slowly and be patient. Monitor your chlidren when entering and exiting the building. To alleviate congestion, all Belle staff will park off site and be shuttled to the school.

Kewanee School District #229 Has Moved to Skyward Qmlativ!

Kewanee School District #229 has officially transitioned from the previous Skyward Family Access system to the new Skyward Qmlativ platform! This updated system provides a more modern, user-friendly experience while continuing to give families access to grades, attendance, schedules, assignments, fees, and other important student information.

Good news! You can continue using the same username and password that you used with the previous Skyward Family Access system. There is no need to create a new account.

Please update any bookmarks you may have saved and use the new Family Access link going forward:
