We want to address a serious matter that has recently come to our attention.
Gentle Shepherd Daycare was made aware today of an incident involving a member of our staff that occurred outside of our facility and outside of working hours.
After becoming aware of the circumstances, we immediately consulted with ownership and legal counsel and took appropriate action. The employee involved is no longer employed by Gentle Shepherd Daycare.
The safety and well-being of the children and families entrusted to our care is, and will always be, our highest priority. While we cannot discuss personnel matters or provide additional details, we want our families to know that we take situations of this nature extremely seriously and have acted accordingly.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for the privacy of everyone involved.
