Easy Sewing School

Easy Sewing School Easy Sewing School was started to teach people how to sew without breaking the bank. Preregistration is required for all classes except Open Sew.

Hours are as follows:
"Sewing coach" is by appointment only and the fee is $10 an hour. Classes are 2 hours with a fee of $10 a class. Sewing machine available for rent during class hours for a fee of $5 which is for 2 hours of use.

I love the look of metallic thread.

I do not love stopping every few inches because it snapped, shredded, tangled, or suddenly made the stitching look terrible. 😄

Metallic thread can be gorgeous, but it usually needs a few changes from ordinary thread — the right needle, tension, threading setup, and sometimes even the way the spool feeds.

Once I figured out what was causing most of my problems, sewing with it became much easier.
