Some traditions are just too good to let go.

From 1967 to 2026, the World Famous AlterFest Chicken Dinner has been bringing our community together. The signs and cars may have changed, but the tradition remains.

Join us Labor Day Weekend at AlterFest and be part of a tradition nearly six decades in the making! ⚔️

There’s something special about starting the school year together. This morning, we welcomed all of our Knights back to campus and began our first day gathered as one for our first All-School Mass of the year.

As we step into a new school year, may we continue to grow in faith, support one another, and live out the values that make our Alter community so special.

The Class of 2030 is officially here! 🤎

We caught up with some of our freshmen on their very first day to hear what they’re most excited about as they begin their Alter journey. From new friends and new experiences to everything that comes with being a Knight, there’s a lot to look forward to!

Freshmen today… and tomorrow, the whole school is back together. Upperclassmen, we’ll see you soon! ⚔️

Our faculty and staff spent today building community, growing together, and preparing for an incredible year ahead!

We kicked off the day with guest speaker Fran Kick, who shared an inspiring message on solidarity and the determination to commit ourselves to the common good. Throughout the day, our faculty and staff focused on team building and professional development before coming together for a closing prayer service, lifting up our students, faculty, and staff as we begin a new school year.

We are ready and so excited for what’s ahead! Next up: Freshmen, we’ll see YOU tomorrow! ⚔️

We’re getting closer to AlterFest weekend, but we still have 535 volunteer spots open, and only 35% of our adult & gambling shifts are currently filled!

AlterFest is one of our biggest traditions of the year, and it truly takes our entire community to make the weekend happen. 🤎💛 Whether you can give a few hours or take on an extra shift, every volunteer makes a difference!

📣 Alter parents: Remember, having enough parent volunteers is what helps us secure our AlterFest day off school!
