Harvest season for Coyote Otter 15 is almost upon us in Wisconsin. May this h**p strain be grown as far as the eye can see. John Trudell would have wanted it that way and hence Coyote Otter 15 continues down the path of stability for the next seven generations.

February 15th, 1946. The day John Trudell entered our world. Though my chance to meet him in real life came in 2015 at my bro IAIA graduation. We just waved at each other—shy to go up to him cause he was my hero. Little did I know the universe would pull us together and the networks we carry to shape the future. Our spirits intertwined four days before he left our world. Still shocked he made sure I could be successful if I just be myself and keep my ego at bay. Definitely not a perfect human being, no one is really, right, but my heart and soul will always be for the human beings in our world. I owe a lot to John Trudell—a debt I will keep paying until we see h**p (in a crop rotation) as far as the eye can see. We now have a h**p variety named after John and I’s spirits meeting: Coyote Otter 15. That’s what he wanted and it’s my perpetual birthday gift to him. - Swift Otter. **p
