Dear Parents,
I want to sincerely apologize for not addressing the recent situation involving false accusations sooner. In hindsight, I understand that my silence may have caused confusion or concern, and for that, I am truly sorry. My intention was never to avoid responsibility, but rather to process everything carefully so I could respond thoughtfully and appropriately.
As a childcare owner and director, I carry more than paperwork each day — I carry your trust. I carry the tiny hands that reach for me in the mornings and the responsibility of helping shape young hearts and minds. This role is not just my profession; it is my calling. We pour our time, energy, and heart into ensuring your children are safe, nurtured, and supported every single day.
It has been difficult knowing that my character and professionalism may have been questioned. I am only human, and we are exhausted and tired of all the drama that unfolds on these public platforms. There are always 2 sides to every story! But even in that exhaustion, i stand firm in my integrity. We know the early mornings, the late-night lesson planning, the safety protocols followed, the tears comforted, and the milestones celebrated. I know the care, structure, and dedication that happen within our walls and what these awesome girls provide to each one of these little souls that come through our doors each day!
While rumors can be loud, truth is steady. I remain committed to transparency, accountability, and consistent actions that reflect the standards I hold for myself and for this center, As do my team. Children deserve stability. Families deserve honesty. And we will continue to show up each day — perhaps tired at times — but unwavering in our commitment to your children.
Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and the trust you place in me and my staff. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue serving your families and doing the work we are so passionate about.
With appreciation,
Charla Stark
Director
