This is a wonderful foundation that gives scholarships to young musicians as well as music teachers, in memory of Ashley Willwerth, who was a Suzuki violin student. The foundation is currently hurting financially and needs your help. From the foundation:

We know that with everything going on right now - it's a really hard time to ask for more, but if we can be honest - the foundation is hurting financially and needs your help! We gave out more scholarships last year, but our donations were low & so was the bank account.

With COVID-19 we have had to stop taking applications as camps and festivals will probably be cancelled - and we hope to be able to honor all existing applications that we have accepted, but we NEED your help.

Happy Birthday to our special violin student, Noelle. She was born at 27 weeks, and her heart and lungs were developmentally only 19 weeks. It is an honor to be a part of her education and development, and it is a joy to watch her grow!
