Back in 2022, I started Triad Grounds Crew on a whim.
I never imagined it would become something I’d pursue long-term. At the time, it was simply a way to earn a little extra money doing something I genuinely enjoyed—taking care of lawns, working outdoors, and helping people take pride in their properties.
Over the years, I’ve learned a lot. I’ve made mistakes, faced challenges, celebrated victories, and grown in ways I never expected. And the truth is, I’m still learning something new every single day.
But of all the lessons I’ve learned along the way, the greatest has been coming to truly know Jesus Christ.
Because without Him, I am nothing. And without Him, this business is nothing.
That’s why the scripture behind Triad Grounds Crew is Isaiah 40:8:
“The grass withers, the flowers fade, but the word of our God stands forever.”
Think about that for a moment.
I spend my days taking care of grass, flowers, and landscapes. I work hard to make them healthy, beautiful, and welcoming. But no matter how much care I put into them, they’re temporary. Grass will wither. Flowers will fade. Seasons will change.
But God’s Word? His promises? His love? Those will stand forever.
I genuinely love what I do, and I am incredibly grateful for every single person who has trusted Triad Grounds Crew with their lawn care and landscaping needs. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or gave me an opportunity just recently, please know that your support means more than you realize.
But as much as I enjoy taking care of lawns, there’s something I enjoy even more.
Telling people about the One who gives me true joy, hope, and peace.
The One who picked me up when I was at my lowest.
The One who lifted me out of the mud and set my feet on solid ground.
The One who loved me when I didn’t even know how to love myself.
His name is Jesus Christ.
My hope is that if I’ve had the privilege of serving you, you’ve seen even a small reflection of His light and felt His love through the way I’ve treated you, the work I’ve done, or the conversations we’ve shared.
I’m certainly not perfect. I fall short every day. But I pray that everything I do, including this little lawn care business that started on a whim, ultimately points back to Him.
And if we haven’t had the opportunity to serve you yet, I’d be grateful for the chance to earn your trust and your business.
But more than anything, I hope you know this:
Your lawn matters to me. Your business matters to me. But your soul matters infinitely more.
Thank you for supporting Triad Grounds Crew, and thank you for allowing me to do something I love while serving a God who has given me more than I could ever deserve.
To God be the glory. Always.
