Kwan has a Successful outing at the AAU Point Sparring event today.

Good and Silver for KWAN!!!

Very Proud of my top Black belts, John and Rylee, who took Gold and silver in numerous events and also took on a AAU national team member, whom was in his 40s, and held their own and learned from him.

Also very Proud of the balance of my black and lower belts, whom fought very well and earned their Gold and silver medals as well. They showed me a lot!!

Great job Andrew, Akhil, Marcus, AJ, Raydi, Joel and Vincent!

Pictures to follow!!

Today is a day I will NEVER Forget!

Today was my generation's Pearl Harbor.

I remember driving to the gym and hearing Stern say a plane hit the tower. I immediately thought it was a small cessna plane. When I got to the gym, realized it was not. Then the other hit.

Our country changed that day.

To all the souls who lost their lives that day and after due to cancer etc. I prayed today for them and their families.
