πΌπ Davey Elementaryβs Garden Club explored the changes happening in their school garden, visited the pollinator garden, checked on the seeds they started in ziplock bags to germinate, and created pollinator watering stations to help support bees, butterflies, and other important pollinators.
Weβre so proud of our gardeners for learning how small actions can make a big difference for our environment! πΈππ±

π What a wonderful morning celebrating the groundbreaking of the new inclusive playground at Davey Elementary! πβ€οΈ
A huge thank you to Davey PTO co-chairs Kara MacDowell and Lauren Livengood, along with the entire PTO committee, for leading an incredible fundraising effort that brought in more than $300,000! π Their hard work, along with the generosity of so many donors, will help transform the playground with upgraded surfacing, exciting new equipment, and accessibility improvements that will allow even more students to play, explore, and thrive together. π
We canβt wait to celebrate the finished project with our community! Join us for the playgroundβs grand opening on August 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. πβ¨
