Bus Routes are Now Available

Bus routes are now available. If your student has been assigned a bus, you should have received an email from the FWPS Transportation department containing bus route information to include bus route number, bus stop location, and pick-up and drop-off times. Bus information is also available online through the Bus Search Tool.

Remember, all families with students who are eligible for and require bus transportation must register for transportation service through the online enrollment and verification process in August. Failure to complete the transportation registration could potentially delay your student’s access to bus transportation at the start of the school year.

🍎 Free meals for all FWPS scholars!

FWPS will continue to provide breakfast and lunch at no cost to all scholars. While families no longer need to complete a free and reduced-price meal application, completing the Child Nutrition & Education Benefit (CNEEB) Application may help your family qualify for additional benefits, including fee waivers, scholarships, and reduced internet costs.

Evergreen Fall Sports Schedules

Fall sports will start after school on the first day of school (Sep. 2nd).

Practices start at 2:30pm and typically end around 4:30pm. Please double-check with their coach on the exact end time.
* Football
* Girls Fastpitch Softball
* Cross Country

**Requirements for all sports: Current sports physical (good for 2 years), Enrollment in Final Forms & purchase ASB card for $15 in the office.

Student athletes cannot attend practice without a current sports physical (even if they are not participating). We do not allow visitors to attend sports practices. We encourage everyone to attend the games and cheer the team on!

**Equipment, including sports uniforms, will need to be returned at the conclusion of the season. Fines will be issued for any items not returned. **

Hello Federal Way Public Schools Parents and Guardians of Scholars in Grades 6-12.

We are excited to share that we’ve partnered with an online forms and data management service for athletic participation forms. All FWPS scholar-athletes will use this service, FinalForms, to complete athletic participation forms.

This service streamlines the paperwork process by allowing you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students online and saving data from season-to-season and year-to-year.

This means that you will never need to enter the same information twice! You may review your child’s data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Use Support”. We are asking that ALL parents of athletes use FinalForms. Please register at: https://federalway-wa.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.

Evergreen's W.E.B. Leaders (Where Everyone Belongs)

Invite all incoming 6th graders at Evergreen to join us for a day of fun.

This event is optional. There will be no transportation provided ( drop your student off and pick them up)

Tuesday, September 1st
9:00 am - 1:00 pm
6th Graders ONLY
(no siblings or parents/guardians)

* Fun activities (wear comfortable clothing)
* Tour the school
* Connect with 7th & 8th grade WEB mentors
* You won't need backpacks or cell phones
* Parents may drop off any medications to the nurse during these hours.
