🍎 The first day of school is next week! 🩵

Here’s an important reminder: on Wednesday, August 26, KSD secondary schools will have rolling start times. What does that mean for you?

🕗 Students in grade 6 begin school at 8:15 a.m. and should report to their regular bus stop at the usual pick-up time.

🕚 Students in grades 7-8 begin school at 11:15 a.m. and should report to their regular bus stop exactly three hours after the usual pick-up time.

🕗 Students in grade 9 begin school at 7:30 a.m. and should report to their regular bus stop at the usual pick-up time.

🕚 Students in grades 10-12 begin school at 10:30 a.m. and should report to their regular bus stop exactly three hours after the usual pick-up time.

These rolling start times give our newest students a chance to begin the school year with confidence. They’ll receive a special orientation designed to make them feel comfortable navigating their new learning environment. It’s in practice.

See you soon!
