For the past several years, Mitutoyo has helped AJAC apprentices train with the same precision measurement tools used throughout the manufacturing industry. We're just four days away from graduation, and today we're recognizing RTC Aerospace, the sponsor of our inaugural Instructor of the Year Award.

RTC has been an AJAC employer partner since 2009, and this year they're celebrating two milestones: their first Logistics Specialist graduate and their first CNC Programmer graduate.

With a facility right here in Fife, RTC builds critical components for the aerospace and defense industries through precision machining, large structural assemblies, lean cell production, and Swiss turning.

We're just one week away from graduation, and today we're giving a shoutout to Toolcraft, one of AJAC's longtime employer partners and this year's graduation photo booth sponsor.

Since 2015, Toolcraft has enrolled 23 apprentices in AJAC programs. This year, they're celebrating a special milestone as 19-year-old machinist Myles completes his AJAC Youth Apprenticeship and becomes their newest journey-level apprentice.
