Sunrise school pickup guidance:

From Principal Maranto:
Cars will not go into lanes or a holding pattern.
One single file line of cars will go around the back loop along the curb.
Cars should not enter the parking lot prior to 3:00 (M, T, Th, & F) and 1:00 (W). When our parking lot gets filled up early it makes it difficult for buses and visitors to access or leave the campus.
The gate closest to the school will be locked until 3:15 (M, T, Th, & F) and 1:15 (W) in order for people to leave the parking lot at dismissal time.
Once the gate is opened parents will continue to follow the traffic pattern all the way to the front of the school.
Parents driving to pick up their students from school MUST remain in their car at all times. Parking in our parking lot will not be allowed during dismissal.
Students will be loaded in cars 5 or 6 at a time.
Families will be given numbers to make the dismissal smooth and quick. You will be assigned a number at a later date - you will also be given a sign to hang from your rearview mirror.
Cars will then exit the parking lot and are encouraged to turn right to not cause more congestion with a left-hand turn. An alternative optional route is also pictured.
The alternative route out of the parking lot (image 2) takes about 90 seconds versus waiting a few minutes to be able to turn left.
