All you have to do is present this flyer as you're checking out, and our organization will get a percentage of the proceeds. Congratulations to BMS student and Council Member Gabbie Frame on receiving the first Ted and Swanny Voneida Neuroscience Research and Training Award!

Gabbie plans to use the funds from the award to pursue a certificate in medical writing from the American Medical Writers Association, which she says, "will be extremely beneficial not only in completing my dissertation this fall, but also will make me a competitive applicant as I begin searching for jobs later this year."

We think so, too, Gabbie!! Congratulations again on this awesome opportunity!! 🎉

Please join us next Friday, April 30, from 10am to 11am, for a celebration of our recent graduates in Brain Health Research! At this event, three freshly minted Doctorates will present 15 minute versions of their dissertation research, followed by brief Question and Answer periods!

This session is Sponsored by the BHRI at Kent State, and the BHRI, the candidates respective departments, and the BMSSAC, are all proud to introduce Doctors Aulino, Dyne, and Paskert!

We hope you can join us for this celebration of their hard work and achievement, where you can also learn a little bit about what they've spent the past few years working on!
