Today we observe Juneteenth in remembrance of the emancipation, and subsequent fight for equal rights of the enslaved people of America.

Music is and always will be an important front in the fight for equality.

Inspiration arrives on its own schedule, and as any creative knows, sometimes you just have to ride the wave and let the music out!

Joshy provides a light and fresh approach to our music education here at School of Rock. She is driven on meeting each student where they are at and bringing them to that next level.

June 5th:
Our House Band will be performing for the Domestic Abuse Women's Network Fundraiser at Kent Station
June 12th:
Our House Band will be providing the entertainment for Tahoma Elementary's end of year Celebration.
June 20th:
We have the first two of our Spring Season shows! Both at Purdy's Public House at 12:30 we have Vocal Groups (a celebration of big harmonies), and at 3:30 we have our adult programs show Left of the Dial (80s and 90s college radio)
June 28th:
We have the final two of our Spring Season shows! Both at Purdy's Public House at 12:30 we have Rockeros Latinos (Celebrating rockers of latin origin), and at 3:30 we have CBGB's (showcase of the legendary venues' allumni)
