I am taking preliminary orders for this two-sided challenge coin that I’ve designed.

The purpose of the coin is two-fold: to immortalize the memory of the Reverend William H. Foster Shihan/Yin Yang Do Karate Association and (on the flip-side) to honor Timothy Hillary Sensei and his class the Tozai Karate Kyokai. Hillary Sensei extended his students to Reverend Foster when Reverend Foster moved to Kenosha and Hillary Sensei was departing for college thereby creating a unique history and melding both groups together.

If you would like to purchase one of these one-of-a-kind coins, they will be $20 apiece. Please reach out to me and I will put you on a list. I hope to have them within the next month or so. Thank you!

Tomorrow, karate practitioners from across the country will come together in Cincinnati for a weekend of training, learning, and fellowship at the 2nd Annual USKK Karate Symposium.

This is your opportunity to train with outstanding instructors, including Hanshi Bruce Heilman, 10th Degree Black Belt, exchange ideas with fellow martial artists, and take home knowledge you can apply immediately in your own dojo.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all attendees and participants in Founders Day 2026. We would also like to acknowledge the contributions of Rick Cesario, Mark, Algiers, Chris Braun, and Corey Otter, who provided valuable instruction this year.
