Dave Strasser's Freestyle Academy An elite MMA academy specializing in jiu-jitsu, wrestling, judo, boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing and fitness for all ages!

Classes run Mondays through Thursdays from 5pm to 7pm. We work ground (jiu jitsu and wrestling) then stand-up (kickboxing and boxing) daily.
