​I, Jasmine Renee Davis date of birth June/12,1986, am moving forward and as I please of course as I know to be appropriate and proper, with a series of active litigations in the Wisconsin court system. I am not a "box," and I am not "invisible." I am an alert, knowledgeable, and sovereign individual utilizing my resources to address Institutional Insufficiency.

​I, Jasmine Renee Davis, am issuing this notice to declare my transition into a more sophisticated and professional standing. While I am advancing through these matters with a focus on growth and independence, I will not tolerate the landscape of unprofessionalism and misconduct that has attempted to surround me.

​The "Institutional Insufficiency" I have faced—including envy, gross misconduct, and unlawful arrests—is not "stretching" or "growing" me. It is a violation of my Biological Sovereignty. ​I, Jasmine Renee Davis, am issuing this notice to establish an absolute boundary. Any person or entity attempting to claim a connection to me—whether through titles, labels, or paperwork—is acting without authority and against the truth.

So.many ask me the question, but they don't really want to have to be asking me anything, they see me but don't want to look my way, so perhaps they try to like boss me it's better to me at the door than all up where ever though.

Sometimes it's best that I handle my matters without coaching because that's not a coaching period or event and if someone sees , see.

Alot of time beings areny getting anything because of the identity theft and fake family and fake membership court orders and criminal things disqualification and other valid factors .

Indians give those who have been verified as true family members money to start a healthy and awesome life style and have money to live and build with.

Joining someone's group that has grown that's called a government isnt going to give it.

I found out my mom was asked if I had any Indian lineage it was said In paper work that division of children and family services said Black foot and Cherokee Indian was who division of children and family were sent information through from the county of Kenosha Wisconsin!

When I asked for the out come that information was denied to me and initially disregarded. I asked more and it was said they had no information from those tribes.

But for them to even ask that what did that have to do with my son crying at a restaurant or e not being able to pay for food or be having a challenge because I was told I may have to hit to jail and may not ever get out because it was asked that I be out on very syrig drugs so strong that I would not be able to take them in my own house that I could only take them in a hospital.i was told if I bring my do. To court Kenosha Wisconsin would take my son. I was just kidnapped on a chapter 51 then going through a criminal case if me trying to understand things and then so I was living and trying to form a bind with my son. But that whole week I was attacked from Kenosha pou kic library to begin with and other places such as Kenosha human development services Kenosha county crisis citizen arrested saying that Kenosha police told kenosha Wisconsin North side library to citizen arrested me the library staff was dishonest and has been bullying me even at soon as September 2025 and that was in 2023 . The Kenosha police department and other agencies hotels man it was so much Kwik trip and just me trying to make my way and figure things through.

But I'm saying those are looking for something from those who wasn't built for them that's not there. That poverty at times pushed them there or popularity and then are being used as live stock and making money off of them and literally getting pennies to every 2 or 3 dollars made seriously.

It's public information but it's on a strangle hold often times too.

Library of Congress and other places exist but there's hatred on many places local court houses and other things issues with city employees causing court cases and improperly filing them as stay but not as county or city
Forging and frauding relationship and it's bogus and bu****it. It's a problem I know what I'm saying.

But I choose to live my own life and learn about myself.

They trick someone into believing that they are someone else's name get them caught up in jail take they life and never had did any wrong or unethical act but it's deep.
They pass THAT S**T ALONG. but then they want to get in my parental rights and charged me in Illinois and Wisconsin on bu****it from domestic violence shelters probably owned by who hospitals and others. , and also from non profit organizations that why cant they just live they life why they need someone else's family. They not orphanages I'm not Annie this s**t is serious way more than Cinderella and Snow White or sleepy beauty or even princess Jasmine. It's real and I am sure .

I have to handle some cleaning now though I have more to say this is my real life.

My dad my dad's house motor vehicles so much how a city telling someone about what they can have on their own land. My dad's house was paid for in full his car and truck paid for in full a red 1980 something t top Corvette paid for in full Kenosha tried to take them all ! Then a convertible Chrysler Sebring blue kenosha police or whoever assumed the could have and my Ford explorer Sports Utility Vehicle stolen from lake Villa Illinois police and fix lake towing. Gurnee police got on bu****it too. Can companies and s**t too. But I ask why y'all f**king with me.

I can prove myself.

Chad kerkman literally had a secret court case in his court room of someone using my name I verified with my driver's license and it was even confirmed by the clerks of course on each level on Kenosha circuit Court. I don't know the meaning but the kind of court hearing it was proved that it was to disconnect me from me in literal terms and have someone else assume.

These court case ain't petty incompetency why would I have to be drugged because I don't know the law perhaps because they not teaching and saying they are but I won't learn s**t they at times on bu****it not all, and some hire properly but not everyone complying.
