I see we seem to have the space guild on OUR web site again courtesy of meta.Long before Meta existed we had this site to ourselves,and the only people who have any rights or rites to allow the ability to post must get permission from me to use Gamemasters' Guild of America ,or any of the three sites we have allowed people to use. The money raised from this and other of our sites is used to teach others how to play and pay expenses on spaces , fund raising, and allow people who do not have miniatures ore games to be able to use either or both.If you are not contributing to the funding of our over 50 yr old club, please get off of our site or join our club. Gamemasters' Guild was established in 1974 on Great Lakes Naval Base ,and has a Distinguished History of history to the hobby of Gaming..

To those who are on Gamemasters' Guild without MY permission,and through Friends Hobby,. Meta has taken over that spot and now seems to think that that entitles them to legally being able to dispense my property [ie the club room and room in Guildmasters' bulletin ..Since I have given him neither,,It turns into an oddball theft,and yes we have had this happen very expensively to the person who did it to us.] To everyone tonight who probably thought I flipped,I knew nothing about anything about permission until I looked into Friends' Hobby and the things were kind of stuffed out of the way,not where I would for notices,and no notices were given to me -some thinks we were meant to fight, absorb the cost, and us suck up the bills to determine a point of order. That. Let's just part friends...,You must have had your own site before you came back-as must everyone else.and if you did not come in and see me about renting tables.🤓

Gamemasters Guild of America will not be running either the national RPG event today or it's normal slate of games and events,. This will be explained in the Friends' Hobby Shop post and us having consideration for Bob before we found out he was injured not sick.

Those people that are on the Morrow Project please report to Bob for assignment ..
Everyone else we have open tables and need to get things verbalized to keep this non club junk off OUR WEBSITE, I am really tired of fighting this Meta that was around AFTER our website was.

When you visit the board and would like to see a game played give us the game and when, we will give every try to arrange a space and opponents.
That is part of our job and services. But we can not do it if it is not up. Also I will review all postings and reserve the right to modify them to fit Gamemaster rules for family reading.

Lately there have been a number of NON club members posting using OUR "thoughts" We will be withdrawing all club postings as of 1 Jan. 2025 as I am tired of having our space stolen,and our club skewed.

Ok Some quick notes, We have several tables available for RPG's or Mini games.These games must be set up through the shop, NOT through any outside groups or people. You do not have to be a CLUB MEMBER to set aside a table or play,but it is cheaper.I need at least 3 days to make sure burgles debris is cleared , or previous battles have been marked if needed so they can be rejoined if desired.,or another table built. If you are renting club and my scenery please leave yourself time to set up before your game.
Number 2 You and your gamers are responsible for the cleanliness , language used [ obscenities .25 cent per in swear jar ] gestures, any damage and repairs and replacements for damages for store or Bob's property before anyone leaves, or damage to table or chairs. All Items must be put away before leaving,and damage noted.

Effective 1 January 2025 we will be removing all club pages and my own page. They have changed their rules, forms and "construction" in such a way that private ownership is no longer possible, and you can no longer bring someone into your club without having him hi-jacked and never see him. After 46 yrs we have shown our dependability. Short of the Theft hitting us to cripple shop and club and destroy your enjoyment, We still have a bunch to offer.

What is on my mind is that this is the site for Gamemasters' Guild of America and I see a bunch of people who DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION to POST on my site. We are attempting to clean up and get our stuff up . Please remove your posting unless you talk to me,and it will be a while.

We got hit again. Bob just found that the following items got stolen: the NAVWAR, DAVCO 28mm World Forces (1950's thru last modern), Stan Johansen, & Merc (3rd world forces or post-apocalypse). If you spot someone selling these pieces, especially in large quantities please notify Bob (with their name & contact info if possible) @ 847-395-5280. If the items are returned intact there will be no repercussions.
