Congratulations to Wisconsin’s own Sheldon Wilcox and Sarah Grabot for competing in the USA Taekwondo Grand Prix Finals this weekend in Colorado Springs. Sheldon earned gold, and Sarah bronze.

CONGRATULATIONS to Wisconsin athletes Brodyn Tilidetzke, Sheldon Wilcox and Sarah Grabot for placing first in their divisions today at the USA Taekwondo Illinois State tournament. All three athletes dominated the ring!

Congrats to Brodyn Tilidetzke and Sheldon Wilcox for an outstanding performance last weekend at the Michigan AAU State Championship. Both men received gold in their divisions.

Congrats to Sarah Grabot and Sheldon Wilcox for being invited to and attending the Central Academy Camp this weekend in Houston. Congrats also to Sheldon Wilcox for being named to the very first Central Region Academy team! Great job!

CONGRATULATIONS to Juniors Sheldon Wilcox and Sarah Grabot for a great showing this weekend at the USAT Grand Slam in Colorado Springs. Both earned silver in their divisions!

Congrats to Sheldon Wilcox (juniors), Brodyn Tilidetzke and Laysha Diaz (seniors) for competing in the ATU National Championship in Atlanta this weekend. Brodyn brought home silver and Laysha earned gold!

Congrats to Laysha Diaz and Sheldon Wilcox for making AAU Team Trials in Texas. Sheldon won gold in Junior Male sparring!
