More exciting news from one of our alumni!!

Reese Dutton has been promoted to Double A with the Reading Fightin Phils of the Philadelphia Phillies organization!!
Reese signed a free agent deal with the Phillies back in 2024.

We are so proud of Reese and his determination! One step closer to the show!
Reese is a staple at our facility in the off season and graciously gives his time to our players during practices, camps and clinics!

We wish him continued success!!

Another alumni in the pro ranks!!!

Huge congratulations to TJ Williams as he has signed a free agent contract with Tri-City Valley Cats out of the Frontier League who is an MLB Partner league.

In his senior year at Eastern Michigan TJ was on the Academic All District Team.

At Eastern Michigan TJ lead the team in batting avg (.324), triples (2), OBP (.440), steals (14) and was top 5 in runs, hits, walks.
Defensively he was automatic posting a .970 fielding % while playing shortstop!

*NJCAA Division II All-America Second Team in 2024

Career: .422/.503/.484 (163-for-386), 18 2B, 3 3B, 73 RBI, 145 R, 55 BB, 61 SB in 116 games (91 starts)

2024: .423/.498/.492 (104-for-246), 13 2B, 2 3B, 49 RBI, 84 R, 32 BB, 31 SB in 61 games (all starts)

*Led the team in batting average, hits, runs and stolen bases in 2024
Slashed .421/.512/.471 (59-for-140), with five doubles, 24 RBIs, 61 runs, 23 walks and 30 stolen bases in 55 games (30 starts) as a freshman in 2023

*Helped Heartland win the NJCAA Division II National Championship and Region 24 Championship in 2023

*Played four years of baseball at William Horlick High School in Racine, Wisconsin

*Ranked the No. 15 infielder in the state of Wisconsin by Prep Baseball Report in 2022

*Named all-county first team in 2021 and 2022, all-conference first team in 2022, all-district second team in 2022 and all-conference second team in 2019 and 2021

*Played four years of basketball and ran four years of track & field in addition to baseball
Finished in third place in the Wisconsin State Finals in the 100 meter dash and 200 meter dash in 2022

*Named all-county first team in the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash and 4×400 relay in 2022 and all-county second team in the 100 meter dash in 2021

Then for the first time in program history we had not 1, but 2 Alumni have their name called in this years MLB Draft!!

These 2 athletes built the foundation of our program and have taken every opportunity and made the most of it!! This is just the beginning for these 2 amazing human beings!

Words don’t describe how proud I’am of
Owen came to us at 15u and just got better every single year. Never made excuses and never compromised who he was as a person.

He has ++ character and plays the game how every kid should!! He plays hard, with joy and passion!!!! Sky is the limit!!!!

It’s official!!! Got the call from !!!!
Our 1st ever player drafted!!

I’m humbled to be a small piece of the process. Nick came to us at 14u and It is truly amazing what can happen when you put in the work and trust in those around you who truly care.

I’ve always stressed that we are in it for the long run. Delayed gratification is something that is lost in this day and age.
He wasn’t top ranked in HS, was a role player his freshman year in college and just kept getting better!
He was never chasing anything or anyone but being the best version of himself!!

Proud is such an understatement !

In his words “Now it’s time to get to work!!”
