Simulation Learning Spotlight
The Simulation Laboratory has four high-fidelity human simulators (adult, child, infant, and birthing mother). The Simulation Laboratory has video cameras and a video capture system for use during student simulations, and the footage can be displayed in the debriefing room. The virtual reality center includes 20 Meta Quest 3 headsets, each equipped with 277 simulated clinical scenarios.
While in the hands-on learning space, students will work closely with Taylor Zielinski- BSN, RN, who serves as the Nursing Lab Operations Manager and Terry Cyplick, who serves as Simulator Operator Specialist.
