No judgment.

Healing is weird sometimes.
You can feel okay for two weeks and suddenly have a hard day again.
That doesn’t mean you failed.
That doesn’t erase your progress.
Growth is not always visible while it’s happening.

Some of the strongest people you know are the ones who stayed soft after everything they survived.
Being kind after pain is strength.
Being open after betrayal is strength.
Choosing healing instead of bitterness is strength.
Softness is not weakness. đź–¤

Men are often taught to suppress emotions rather than understand them.
Anger gets accepted.
Sadness gets mocked.
Vulnerability gets mistaken for weakness.
Mental health conversations need to include men too.
Not just when things fall apart — but before they do.

You do not have to completely burn yourself out before you deserve rest.
You don’t have to “finish everything first.”
You don’t have to prove how exhausted you are to justify slowing down.
Rest is part of healing too. đź–¤

June officially marks 1 year of Intimacy Uncovered LLC. 🤍
I know to some people it may seem like not much has been happening lately… but I promise you, I have been working nonstop behind the scenes.
The amount of planning, rebuilding, networking, learning, growing, and creating happening right now is honestly insane. What’s coming over the next year, 5 years, 10 years and beyond for Intimacy Uncovered is something I can barely even put into words yet.
This next phase of Intimacy Uncovered is officially being unlocked. 🔓
Over the last 7 years, I built my intimacy business almost entirely through word of mouth, referrals, loyalty, and genuine connections. That support changed my life, and I’ll never stop being grateful for every person who supported me along the way.
Now it’s time to expand.
Time to evolve.
Time to continue onto the next path.
I’m so excited to officially announce that I’ll be collaborating with Kenosha’s Beach House this summer to highlight and showcase some of the experiences, events, and date night concepts I have to offer. 🌊✨
(More details on that event coming soon đź‘€)
This is only the beginning.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support, share, recommend, believe in, and grow with me. You are helping build something so much bigger than people realize.
Here’s to the next chapter of Intimacy Uncovered. 🖤
