The Parkside Oddities is a group composed of a variety of students with an interest in unique and eclectic matters. Our group is dedicated to celebrating our differences, in various ways. Some things that we do throughout the year include Haunted Tunnels, Murder mysteries, movie and game nights, and many other activities. We are always accepting of new, unique members, as well as new ideas for events.

Hello!

Parkside Oddities is an org dedicated to providing an inclusive space for everyone to explore their unusual interests! In the past we have hosted a murder mystery and have done several small events on the student center bridge.

We currently hold meetings and discussions in our own discord server to keep everyone safe. If you would like a link, please email [email protected]! We are currently planning more activities and would love to hear from you!

Entry Log: Date - Oct 3th 2018 est 10am CST
Today at breakfast in brick stone, I sat on the ledge dead center in front of the murals eye. Through the obscure view, a hunchbacked person stood leaning into the glass, peering inside. Sometimes, he would wave. At first, I thought it was another person, but then why wouldn't he leave? Then I thought it was a Bush, due to two others not being hidden by the murals glass. But that was just my brain telling me it's all right.

RANGER DANGER! Oddities are brewing on campus!!!

Members have noted the presence of what they think to be mothman. If you have a mothman sighting notify parkside oddities here on facebook! One of our members has done an interpretative drawing of mothman to boost knowledge of his presence!
