Last week, our staff reunited after summer break for some sweet connection and back-to-school training. 📚

We're so grateful to DayBreak Church for generously opening their doors to us while renovations wrap up at KCA—and for keeping us fueled with some really amazing coffee!

There's something special about gathering together, preparing, learning, and looking ahead to all that this new school year will bring. We're thankful for our staff, our community, and for friends like DayBreak who help make it all possible.

Introducing KCA's Kindergarten team! We're excited to welcome Ms. Ruff to the KCA community. She has a big heart for giving her students a life-giving education and she can't wait to meet you all.

Joining her is Mrs. Aldrich, a steady and faithful presence at our school since day one. Over the years, she has become beloved by countless students and families. Her warmth and care are such a gift to our community.

Meet the Pre-K team! Teaching for her fifth year, Mrs. Hargett is excited to welcome our newest KCA students! Joining her is Mrs. Trimark, who has worn many hats at KCA over the years and will be serving as the classroom aide.

This week, we held our first middle school parent orientation, hosted by our generous friends at DayBreak Church.

Ms. Heinrich, along with our teachers and staff, provided a glimpse into this year’s middle school curriculum and the thoughtful intention behind it. They also shared some of the exciting things planned for our students spiritually, academically, and athletically.

We’re not wishing summer away any faster, but we also couldn’t be more expectant for the start of the 2026–2027 school year at KCA!
