We are adjusting classes as needed to mesh with the current Phases and demand. We are available by phone during office hours, or anytime by email or Messenger. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Fridays are a great day here at PK! We have fun class followed by technique / tournament practice 💪🏼🥋 Tournaments aren’t necessary but they are a fun, added bonus of being a martial artist! Students who enjoy them focus and work incredibly hard, like this student. 🖤

Ever thought about picking up a weapon? We’ve got classes for Nunchucku, Bo, and Eskrima! Our Thursday Eskrima sessions are great if you're looking to add some variety to your training, but they’re also beginner-friendly if you want to focus solely on the sticks. 🥋💪🏼
