This month, we recognized our PurposeFull People Creativity winners! These students demonstrated the courage to think outside the box, solve problems in unique ways, and share their ideas with others. Creativity isn't just about art—it's about imagination, innovation, and finding new ways to learn and grow.

Congratulations to all of our May Creativity winners! We are proud of the positive example you set for our school community. Keep dreaming, creating, and inspiring others! 💙💛

🏃‍♀️☀️🎉 Field Day is Monday, June 8! 🎉☀️🏃‍♂️

Get ready for a day full of fun, games, and friendly competition! Vista Vikings will be participating in a variety of exciting Field Day activities throughout the day.

💦 Some activities may involve water, so please send your child with:
✅ An extra set of clothes
✅ A towel (optional)
✅ Comfortable shoes for running and playing

🚰 We will have water stations available to help students stay hydrated throughout the day.

☀️ Be sure to dress for the weather and consider sending a hat and sunscreen as appropriate.

We can't wait to celebrate an amazing year with a fun-filled Field Day!

📢 Early Release Reminder! 📢

Vista Elementary families, please remember that Friday, June 5, is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 11:27 a.m.

This early release provides dedicated time for our teachers to prepare report cards and finalize end-of-year student records as we wrap up another successful school year.

Thank you for your support, and please plan accordingly for transportation and after-school arrangements.

Today was one of our favorite spirit days of the year—Teacher Dress-Up Day! 🎉

Students came dressed as their favorite teachers and staff members, while our staff turned the tables and dressed like students. From matching outfits and accessories to spot-on impersonations, there were plenty of laughs and smiles throughout the building.

A big thank you to everyone who joined in the fun and helped make today such a memorable experience. The creativity, school spirit, and positive connections on display are just a few of the things that make Vista such a special place to learn and grow.

Reminder, Vista families! There will be no school on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

This day is set aside to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We hope you enjoy the long weekend with family and friends. School will resume on Tuesday, May 26.
