Water Fun Drum Forms THIS Thursday July 23rd during your regular class is ON! Wear clothing that can get wet or dries fast! Bring a water bottle and be prepared to do your best forms to the korean drum while getting squirted by the teachers!!

💦🥁 July 23 - Outdoor Water & Drum Classes
Take your training outside for one of our favorite summer traditions! Practice your forms to the beat of the drums while instructors spray water guns to help everyone stay cool. Expect lots of laughs, teamwork, and a splash of fun! 🔫🌊🥋

💪🔥 Summer Fitness Challenge – All Month Long
Each week we'll have a new exercise challenge like jump rope, push-ups, planks, and more! Challenge yourself, build strength, and see how much you can improve! 🏅

🌎🥋 July 16 – CLOSED for World Championships
Our team will be attending the World Championships! We're excited to celebrate as Master Godwin is promoted to Grand Master—an incredible milestone and well-deserved honor! 🎉👏

Good evening! Due to the weather ☔️report for rain tomorrow we are going to move our Picnic and Black Belt Graduation inside of our school. If anyone that previously RSVP'd and can no longer attend please let me know. Our original rsvp number was 120 please let us know if you would like to attend or if you no longer can make it. 🫶
