A big THANK YOU to my students who came to the openings and book signings we’ve had this past month!

This weekend in NYC and Boston was reunion time with a few, now adult students! One of the greatest gifts of being a teacher is the lifelong relationships you develop with some of your students. It just takes my breath away when I see them as adults, living beautiful, art-filled lives.

I hadn’t seen Alex since she brought homemade lasagna to Bob and I in 2019 when Bob broke his back. The years disappeared and we were just transported back to our time together, and it reminded me all over again why I love what I do. ✨

To all my former students: seeing you thrive in the world fills my heart in ways I can’t even put into words. Thank you for letting me be part of your journey. 💛

A year away from Instagram means I missed saying a proper goodbye these three!!!
I spent an hour a week with Gianna for 5 years, Gabby for 6 years, and Jameson for 4 years. Watching each of you grow from little girls into the spectacular women you are today has been breathtaking! So proud of everything you’ve accomplished in the studio, on stage and in your personal lives.
An hour a week doesn’t sound like much, but multiply that by years and the journey becomes profound.
I miss you and am excited to see your future unfold but this time from afar!

A lesson day first!! I had the pleasure of teaching two sister duos in one afternoon. Besides the obvious fun, my heart was warmed when I saw the genuine love, care and best wishes each sister had for one another.
