Georgia isn’t the only state stuck cleaning up outdated laws after Silencer Shop v. ATF & I’m glad to see Pennsylvania getting LOUD about it.

Rep. Rob Kauffman is introducing a bill to remove suppressors, SBRs & SBSs from PA’s prohibited weapons list and fix the legal trap created by Title 18, Section 908.
