🚨 CYBERSECURITY ALERT 🚨

A phishing scam is targeting student financial aid, BankMobile, and KSU accounts. Messages may appear to come from KSU Financial Aid and ask you to log in.

If you receive a spam message:

❗DO NOT click links, open attachments, or enter your login information.

❗Forward the message to [email protected]

Already clicked? Reset your KSU and BankMobile passwords immediately and contact the IT Service Desk at 470‑578‑6999 or [email protected].

Positive change coming to KSU sign-ins: Starting September 3, Microsoft Authenticator will replace Duo as KSU’s official multifactor authentication (MFA) app.

Project Sign In Alert: All Owls will be automatically signed out of Microsoft apps July 29 and will see a new sign-in screen when you sign back in—and you will need to click Approve with Cisco Duo to continue.

You may experience sign-in issues between 6 and 8 a.m. on July 29. If you're unable to sign in, please try again after a few minutes. If the problem continues past 8 a.m., please report the issue at service.kennesaw.edu/technology.
