Happy !! Meet Katelynn Standridge!! 🩵

Hey! My name is Katelynn Standridge, and I am an upcoming third-year Theatre & Performance Studies major with a concentration in Musical Theatre. I am from Gainesville, Georgia. A fun fact about me is that I am a Final Destination fanatic!

I have grown as a woman in the Vice President Member Experience position by utilizing the power of sisterhood. I have been able to lean on my committee and lead them in bringing our vision for events and rituals to life. Before being inducted, I would have said that I did not like asking for help, but through this position, I have been encouraged not to take on challenges alone.

I love this chapter because all of my sisters are different from one another. You will never find a carbon copy of another person. This diversity broadens our perspectives and helps me find common ground with each member, allowing me to build meaningful relationships with every girl.

I hope to impact ZTA and my community throughout my life by living out each of our nine key values, but especially “Being Rather Than Seeming.” I strive to be someone others can come to for advice and trust to help them accomplish their goals. If we, as a society, are genuine and play to our strengths, we can make a positive impact on the world.

Happy !! Meet Karyssa Son, VP Learning & Development! 💗

Hi! My name is Karyssa Son and I am honored to say I have the opportunity to serve as the Vice President of Learning and Development! I am currently a Dance Major with a minor in communications from Newnan, Ga.

Having the opportunity to support and encourage girls as they begin their journey in our chapter has been such a blessing. Watching them grow in confidence, build meaningful friendships, and find their place within our sisterhood has been incredibly rewarding. This experience has taught me so much about leadership, patience, and the importance of leading by example. More than anything, it has helped me become a better leader, a better friend, and a better sister.

What I love most about this chapter is the sisterhood. Being surrounded by women who support, encourage, and uplift one another has made my experience so meaningful.

Through my role, I hope to make every new member feel welcomed, supported, and valued as they begin their journey in Zeta Tau Alpha. I want to be someone they can look to for guidance, encouragement, and support throughout their experience while also making a positive difference in our chapter and the community around us.

Next for is VP Programming, our girl Saragrace!! 🌟

Heyyy! My name is Saragrace Whittle, and I currently serve as the Vice President of Programming and Events. I am from Calhoun, Georgia, and I’m going into my senior year as a double major in Marketing and Professional Sales.

Serving in this role has helped me grow so much both personally and professionally. I’ve gotten so much hands-on experience planning events, balancing a million things at once, and learning how to work with so many different people and ideas. This role has definitely pushed me outside of my comfort zone, but in the best way possible, and it has helped me become more confident, organized, and adaptable.

What I love most about this chapter is the relationships and memories it has given me. Zeta has truly become my home away from home and has brought some of the sweetest and most genuine people into my life.

Through my role, I hope to create events and experiences that make people feel excited to be involved and proud to be a part of this chapter. I also hope to help our chapter continue making a positive impact on the KSU community by bringing people together, encouraging involvement, and creating opportunities for people to feel connected and supported.
