The Kennesaw State University Press
will permanently close on February 28, 2015.

Thank you to all who have supported the Kennesaw State University Press over the last decade. It has been our honor to publish the manuscripts of our many talented authors and we will certainly miss our friends in the publishing industry as well as the staff of hundreds of small bookstores all over the country.

Sadly, it is time for us to close our doors and re-direct our talents to other endeavors.

We had a great run in the publishing world with our authors and publications having won literary awards including the Georgia Author of the Year Award, the Lillian Smith Award, Atlanta Magazine’s Critics Choice Award, Georgia’s Top 25 Reading List, The Georgia Center for the Book’s All Georgia Reads. Among our authors were a former Georgia Poet Laureate, finalist for ForeWord Magazine’s Book of the Year Award, and finalist for the National Book Award.

Join Dr. Eugen Schoenfeld, a Holocaust Survivor, when he returns to Mountain View Regional Library on Saturday, August 25th from 2-3:30pm. Dr. Schoenfeld will be discussing his experiences as a prisoner in the Auschwitz, Warsaw, Dachau and Muehldorf Concentration Camps during World War II.
