Did you know that introducing football-inspired activities at an early age can help children develop important motor skills? 👀🏃‍♂️

Through fun, age-appropriate activities with our Sports Coach, our little athletes get to practice hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, spatial awareness, and gross motor skills!💪🌱

Running, throwing, catching, and following directions also encourage teamwork, concentration, confidence, and problem-solving skills. 🧠🏈
