Shout out to Jeremy Waugh, Chance Morgan, and Chase Morgan for putting it on the line and representing ACC at the New Line Cagefighting event this past weekend.

Jeremy competed in a 185lb grappling match against a heavier, game opponent. Despite dropping the decision due to control time, it was an entertaining back and forth match in which he had several submission attempts as well as solid defense. Jeremy gave a good accounting of himself and ACC. Back to the lab and on to the next.

Chance stepped in the cage for a 185lb mma fight against an athletic, in shape, striker. From the opening bell Chance dominated the fight with takedowns and ground and pound. He ultimately got the TKO victory at the start of the second after dropping his opponent with a straight left and following up with sustained ground and pound. Fantastic performance and post fight speech. Well earned win after months of diligent training. 3 fights with 3 finishes for Chance.

Chase was the main event of the evening for the 170lb MMA belt in a rematch vs an opponent on a 3 fight finish streak. Chase pushed the action from outset, dictating where and how the fight took place. He was able to secure the finish via a beautiful RNC submission in round 2 after his opponent was unable to keep up with Chase’s relentless pace. In classic form, Chase did a cartwheel to backflip after his win and was promptly taken down by Chance who immediately charged the cage. Congrats to Chase on brining the first MMA title belt back to ACC ⚔️, which was won in the months of focused preparation he put in. Both Chase and Chance dedicated their performances to our late Coach Delman Carvalho. No doubt he would be proud of you both as well as our entire gym. 🙏🏼

Also a big shout out and thank you to everyone who came and supported our athletes at the event and everyone at ACC who helped them prepare in the months leading up to it.

Thank you to New Line Cagefighting for the exciting event.
