On June 2nd, the MSM Crew Team and community gathered to celebrate the christening of their newest boat, Typhoon!

Fr. Fran blessed the boat, and Coaches Ken and Keenan Gibbons officially christened this exciting addition to our program. More than just a new boat, Typhoon represents over a year of fundraising and the incredible generosity of our athletes, parents, alumnae, and supporters. Their passion for this program and the sport itself will live on through this boat.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. May Typhoon bring years of success, friendship, and unforgettable memories on the water!

Congratulations to MSM Alumna, Caroline Attardo Genco '77, on becoming the first woman and Buffalo native to lead UB in the university’s 180-year history!
Such an extraordinary accomplishment for a former Mountie! 💙

Caroline Attardo Genco, provost and senior vice president at Tufts University, has been named ’s 16th president, becoming the first woman and Buffalo native to lead the university. Her appointment was approved by the SUNY Board of Trustees Tuesday following an international search.

Congratulations to the Mount St. Mary Academy Marching Band on their outstanding performance in the National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, D.C!

Our Mounties marched proudly along Constitution Avenue, representing Mount St. Mary Academy as the only all-girls high school marching band in New York State!

A special thank you to Band Directors Mr. Mark Flynn and Ms. Reilly Brouillard ’16 for organizing this unforgettable experience, and to our MSM Band Alumnae who returned to march alongside the band once again.

Happy Memorial Day!

The Mount St. Mary Academy Marching Band was invited to participate in this year's National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, DC! Our students will be marching down Constitution Avenue as a celebration of the 250th Anniversary of the United States!

It is a great honor and privilege to be a part of this event as it honors on all those who have lost their lives fighting for our country.

Students in our MSM STEAM Program returned to ECC Tech Wars to compete in this year’s high school science competitions!

Congratulations to our Mounties on earning Second and Third Place in the Rube Goldberg competition, as well as Third Place in Video Production!
