She grew up in North Buffalo and attended Mount St. Mary Academy, SUNY Fredonia and the University at Rochester before moving away for decades. Now, she's the first woman to be president of UB, and she plans to tackle challenges and build on momentum. >> bit.ly/4fpAxNl

This year's MSM Sophia Award recognized Paige Kelschenbach '12 for her service to the community and passion for helping others. She continues to be a role model to both our students and her fellow alumnae!

Congratulations to JERS Senior Manager of Youth Programs, Paige Kelshenbach, on receiving the Sophia Award from her alma mater, . The award recognizes an alumna who has distinguished herself in her chosen career through wisdom and dedication. Way to go, Paige, we are so proud of your accomplishments!

Mount St. Mary Academy's 2026 Alumnae Weekend was a memorable celebration of the friendships, traditions, and lifelong connections formed "within these fair halls."

The festivities began on Friday with our Alumnae Happy Hour at Big Ditch Brewing, bringing graduates together to reconnect and reminisce. On Saturday, milestone reunion celebrations continued as classes gathered to honor their special anniversaries. The Class of 1976 celebrated their 50th Reunion with a wonderful evening at The Garrett Club, while the Class of 1966 marked an incredible 60 years with a happy hour back at the Mount.

The weekend concluded with our annual Alumnae Sunday Mass & Brunch, welcoming Mounties from every generation back home. We were also proud to recognize our 2026 Alumnae Award recipients:
