Bastyr University provides nonprofit organizations with quality facilities and services for meetings, retreats, conferences, speaking engagements and weddings. We offer meeting rooms, overnight guest rooms, audio/video service, catered meals and ample free parking. The Bastyr University Chapel is known world wide for its fine recording and concert acoustics and is available for weddings of any den

omination. Bastyr's campus, located on the north shore of Lake Washington and surrounded by the 316-acre St. Edward State Park, is a comfortable, friendly setting that provides a quiet, reflective atmosphere for work, study and relaxation. Unique on-site recreation for guests includes a reflexology path; walking, biking and hiking nature trails; a medicinal herb garden through which to wander; a gazebo for reading and meditation; volleyball court; baseball and soccer fields; and a nearby secluded beach with picnic areas. Bastyr University can be the perfect place for a staff, faculty, board, council or even personal retreat. It's a comfortable, friendly place providing a quiet, reflective atmosphere for work, study and relaxation. For those who prefer a bit of the "city life," we are located just 10 miles from downtown Seattle.

An update from University Events and Guest Services at Bastyr University:
Bastyr University is committed to the health and safety of our community during this time of COVID-19. In response, a decision was made to cancel all gatherings on all of the Bastyr University campuses (Kenmore, Seattle and San Diego) for the remaining month of March and all of April. It is with a heavy heart that this decision was made, but the health and safety of our community is our first priority. We look forward to having all of our conferences, meetings, and retreat groups back on campus in the near future. Please feel free to reach out with any questions to [email protected].

It is Fall here the grounds at Bastyr with the bright and beautiful colors! It would be great to have you and your event here on our campus so you too can experience the beauty firsthand.

You also can enjoy our delicious "farm to table" food in our Dining Commons as you have your event here!

There many different rooms to choose from which range from very small gathering to 500 in our Chapel.

Spring has arrived here at Bastyr University! I love the way that Spring is announced with crocus, daffodils and the forsythia bushes all a bloom here on our glorious grounds! University Events and Guest Services would like to invite you to come out and enjoy our grounds with us! We have openings for meetings, retreats and other events available. Give us a call!
