We all get 1440 minutes a day. No one gets any more, no one gets any less. See to it that you are putting your time in areas of maximum value.

And make sure that you determine in advance your priorities so that you can make decisions quickly as to the things that you will spend your time and energy on and the things that you will not, thus preserving valuable time.

Either you run the day or the day runs you. Plan your work and work your plan.

Here’s to another 1440!

The passing of time is a constant, but how we chose to spend it is within our control. So as we look at how we spend the next 168 hours between this WINsday and next WINsday, ask yourself 3 important questions each day:
1. Am I aware of the unique talents that I possess and how important it is that I use them in the world?
2. Am I cultivating my talent by looking to continuously learn something new and continue developing the skills around my gift and talents?
3. Am I operating with integrity and character that demonstrates a belief and a courage that allows me to show up each day and get back in the ring of life?

Accountability to ourselves first is key, and as we talked about last week—we must first start with our heart, our mind, and our actions. Over the long haul, people will follow what we do far more than what we say.

There are four main categories that everything on your calendar represents and a lot of times an event can encompass more than one of these. I always suggest looking for your weakest area and work to turn it into a strength. When you do this all other categories typically get stronger as well.

1. Mind & Spirit
2. Health & Fitness
3. Relationships
4. Finances

Rank yourself from top to bottom in these four and then become aware of your gaps and successes.

As you schedule out the 1440 of your day, look for a time where you can invest in an area that you are weakest. Ask people close to you where they fall in these categories and encourage their journey to level up in these areas that matter.
Wishing you massive success.

Those who are persistent can GET there. Those who are consistently persistent can STAY there.

Start with being persistent in everything you do. Next, focus on being consistent.

And always remember that love the process is a focus on our own improvement. To that end, find ways to consistently track YOUR progress.

Wishing you and your squad a great week!
