We are moving forward with the Kenedy ISD homecoming parade downtown window decorating contest! Here are the details:

🦁 KENEDY BUSINESSES –SHOW YOUR HOMECOMING SPIRIT! 🐾

The Kenedy Chamber of Commerce and the Kenedy Economic Development Corporation, invites local businesses to participate in the Kenedy ISD Homecoming Window Decorating Contest!

Help us dress up Kenedy and welcome students, families, alumni, and visitors for Homecoming! Participating businesses are encouraged to get creative and decorate their storefront windows with Kenedy ISD school colors, Homecoming themes, and plenty of Lion, Leopard & Cub pride!

🏆 Awards will be given for:
• Best Overall Homecoming Display
• Most Creative & Original
• Best Kenedy ISD Spirit

Winners receive community recognition and, of course, Homecoming bragging rights!

📅 Judging: Tuesday, September 15
Displays will be evaluated by an independent panel of community judges based on School Spirit, Creativity, and Overall Look.

📍 Eligibility: Participating businesses must have a storefront located within the Kenedy city limits.

Join our OKMH Auxilliary for their ever popular Grace Anna's Boutique Sale in our Lobby this week. Tuesday, Sept 1st from 7 am until 5 pm and Wednesday, the 2nd from 7 am until 3 pm. There will be something for everyone, so stop by and shop for some boutique items and bargains!

We’re considering hosting a Homecoming Parade Storefront Decorating Contest for businesses with storefronts located within the Kenedy city limits, and we want to see who would be interested in participating!

If we host the contest, would your business decorate your storefront and join in the Homecoming fun?
