We've been working on something special outside 7 Ridges Holistic Health, & our new garden is almost finished!

We originally thought about simply giving it a name ourselves…but Christine's sister Cindy Cales was the inspiration! We are turning it over to YOU!

🌻 NAME OUR GARDEN CONTEST! 🌻

We want this little outdoor retreat to be a place for everyone — where you can sit, breathe, reflect, pray, meditate, read, enjoy the plants, listen to our water feature, enjoy a coffee, or a quiet moment. We are looking for that name.

Our herbal apothecary is coming together. We either grow them locally, forage locally, or purchase from local growers and wild crafting. Those that we cannot get here we buy from an ethically sourced organic farm & distributor.
