At ATA Excellence, we talk a lot about **Building Uncommon People in an All Too Common World.**
Part of that means recognizing that our kids need real-world challenges, real relationships, physical activity, discipline, and communities where people actually know them.
Meta just agreed to pay billions and make major changes to how kids interact with its platforms. Whatever your opinion on social media, that should get our attention as parents.
Our kids need more time doing and less time scrolling.
More conversations face-to-face.
More opportunities to struggle, improve, sweat, lead, fail, try again, and discover what they're capable of.
That's one of the reasons we believe martial arts matters more today than ever.
The digital world isn't going away. Our job is to make sure our kids are strong enough, confident enough, and grounded enough to navigate it.
**Excellence is Uncommon.**
