It’s Speech-Language Pathologist Week, and we are so excited to celebrate our very own Mrs. Green! 🗣️💙

Mrs. Green is a dedicated, caring, and compassionate member of the Wayne Center family who works tirelessly to support our students and help them reach their communication and speech goals. She takes the time to build meaningful relationships with students, celebrate their progress, and find creative ways to help each child feel confident and successful.

Her patience, encouragement, and commitment make such a difference in the lives of our students. Whether she is working on speech, language, communication, or helping a student find their voice, Mrs. Green brings kindness and purpose to everything she does.

We are so grateful to have her as part of our Wayne Center team! Thank you, Mrs. Green, for all you do to help our Tigers grow, communicate, and succeed! 🐯💙

Our new staff surprised our students on House Day by running in with flags representing the house colors they were sorted into!

The excitement on our students’ faces was priceless as they cheered them on and welcomed them into their houses!

I don’t know about you, but this was pretty great. We may have some new staff members, but they’re already showing us that they’re ready to jump in, have some fun, and make memories with our Tigers!

Friday was a magical day as we welcomed our kindergarten students into their houses!

Our students will represent and be an active part of their house community throughout their elementary years, creating friendships, building connections, and making memories that will last until they move on to middle school.

Friday morning was filled with excitement, warm smiles, full hearts, and LOTS of confetti! We loved watching our newest Tigers discover their house and celebrate this special moment together.

We can’t wait to watch these students grow, lead, encourage one another, and truly live out what it means to be a Wayne Center Tiger.

We are so excited to celebrate our August Students of the Month! These Tigers have already started the school year off strong by showing what it means to be Respectful, Openly Honest, Always Caring & Safe, and Responsible.

We are proud of the positive choices they are making, the kindness they are showing, and the example they are setting for others.
