Mayor's Youth Advisory Council

Lighting a positive path for youth in Noble County. The Kendallville Mayor's Youth Advisory Council (MYAC) was founded by Kendallville Mayor Suzanne Handshoe, and is supported by the Noble County and Kendallville communities.

MYAC is a great way for youth in the community to learn about government, polish their leadership skills and make a real difference in their own community.

Operating as usual

[06/16/20]   Just a quick shout out to any MYAC members who are free tomorrow (Wednesday) around 12:00pm. Mayor and I are meeting in the alley to prime and re-paint the red door. Feel free to bring a brush or roller and help out. We'll bring the paint. Thanks!

MYAC developed, and Board of Works APPROVED!

Soon, you'll see a new pocket park in Kendallville...located in the alley between the Strand Theater and the Antiques & More store.

[03/03/19]   The MYAC team is heading to Hickory Creek Nursing Home today for a little "BINGO and Baked Goods" fun on a Sunday afternoon! This will be our second visit this year.
The students really enjoy spending time with the residents there, and I think the residents kind of like it, too.
